1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using LangScene, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use of Service

LangScene provides an AI-assisted, voice-based language practice platform. Your spoken practice may be processed by our speech-recognition and AI language model providers to generate conversation responses and feedback. You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform.

3. Accounts

You can create an account with an email and password, or sign in with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some features of LangScene require a paid subscription or credit purchase, sold exclusively through the Apple App Store and billed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can view, manage, and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's own policies, not by LangScene directly.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to LangScene. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not attempt to

• Reverse engineer or extract the AI models used by the platform.
• Automate access to the service in ways that abuse rate limits.
• Share your account access with other people.
• Use the service to generate harmful or illegal content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your own account at any time from the app's Settings, which permanently removes your account and its associated data.

8. Limitation of Liability

LangScene is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
